For smooth operation and ensuring compliance in human resources, administration, procurement, logistics, security and other relevant activities of Arannayk Foundation’s upcoming ICIMOD supported project a ‘Human Resources, Admin and Security Coordinator’ will be hired for the project duration.  

Key Responsibilities

Under the overall guidance from the Executive Director and the Head of Programs of Arannayk Foundation the ‘Human Resources, Admin and Security Coordinator’ be part of a diversified team and will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Admin issues of Arannayk Foundation and the ICIMOD-supported project activities in light of the Agreement between Arannayk Foundation and ICIMOD.

The main tasks for this position would be, but not necessarily limited to, the following:

  • Work with Arannayk Foundation Human Resources and Admin team in implementing the ICIMOD-supported project.
  • Ensure compliance regarding Human Resources and Admin-related issues of the ICIMOD-supported project.

Required qualifications, experience and skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's and master’s in business administration, Forestry, Botany, Zoology, and other relevant fields.

Experience:

  • 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
